Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of artwork*

 

Please email us to request a return authorization or your purchase may not be refunded.

Original Art can be returned for a full refund minus shipping fees.

 

The art must be returned in the original packaging.

 

Shipping fees may vary between €5 and €150 depending on the art size and destination.

*Any artwork ordered or purchased are non-returnable unless we ship the wrong item or the art is damaged during transportation.

 

We do not accept returns from outside Italy unless we shipped the wrong item or the art is damaged during transportation.

If you return artwork, we issue you a refund within 5 working days from the time we receive it, provided you have requested a return authorization and followed our instructions for packing and shipping.
